DesignWrights manufactures and installs a range of barcode validation systems in conjunction with our partners, Linescan Systems Ltd.
These products are used to check the quality of barcoded labels applied to traded units for shipment to major retailers with automatic warehouse facilities.
In contrast to barcode verifiers which provide a means of intermittently checking the quality of barcodes produced by print and apply labelling systems, our equipment is installed on-line and scans and confirms the readability of every barcode on every pack. 100% coverage after the label has been applied gives the highest level of confidence that traded units are coded as required by the major retailers.
In addition to our barcode scanner controllers, complementary data collection software can be installed and networked to each production line. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports of coding efficiency can be produced, in addition to the alarms raised when a production line fails to meet its target coding performance.
