Motorola Coldfire

This MCF5206e is finding a home in a monochrome graphics print engine for an industrial printer.

Providing built in DRAM / DMA / DUART / Timer / SRAM / cache / chip select and up to 50 MIPS performance, we didn't have to bolt on too many additional features to create the final system. From a development point of view, the Coldfire parts support Motorola's excellent background debug mode (BDM), accelerating the testing and debugging of application code.
