Brief "Our internal design team is fully occupied but we need an urgent upgrade to one of our PC104 cards. Take the existing ISA design and convert it to PC104plus."

• Modify schematics, update CPLD logic

• Purchase, build and test 10 prototypes
• Write low level software to access card
